This legacy of excellence, however, was met with a challenge: its apps required a significant overhaul to align with the evolving standards of user experience design and to lay a robust foundation for innovative new features. The task demanded a fresh approach to meet the expectations of a growing audience while preserving the platform’s unique edge.
Stepping into this dynamic project, I collaborated closely with design and product teams to breathe new life into the CBS Fantasy apps. Together, we reimagined the entire user journey, stripping away outdated elements and weaving in a modern, intuitive interface. This overhaul not only elevated the existing experience but also paved the way for exciting competitive features, ensuring the platform remained a leader in the fantasy sports landscape.
